e46 M3 - change front HK speakers
Anyone got a spec for the front Harman Kardon speakers on an e46 M3
I think one of mine has blown and need to replace like for like (the tweaters)

Try the usual BM breakers places on-line, they'll probably have what you need.
If you need instructions for getting the door cards off, shout. I took mine off yesterday to have a gander at how to fit replacement speakers... It's not terribly after-market friendly with respect to what you can fit

Thanks chiark - no, all I want to do is pay the local ICE shop to replace like for like Harman Kardon tweeters.
That way I don't have to pay BMW £100 / hr to do it!
All I wanted was the model of the speaker, so I could advise the ICE shop to have them in ready to replace mine.

You'll be best off getting the part from your local BMW parts department - I very much doubt that any ICE shop you find will stock the exact HK stuff... Good news is that a single tweeter shouldn't be much cash from BMW.
If it is horrendously expensive, you could get some form of aftermarket from the local ICE shop - they'll be able to advise what will fit easily.
It'd take no more than an hour, tops, to sort out. If you know which end of a screwdriver is pointy, you could do it yourself if you bought the part...
