Default 360vDB7GTvMaseratiGransport

Always looking for the next option, thinking......

360 Modena in Black, manual, MY01 8kmiles

DB7 GT in silver, manual, sports exhaust (435bhp) MY03
manual 7k miles

Maserati Gransport, silver, paddle shift, (400bhp) MY05 ex demo.

Comments/suggestions??

Actually wanted the new V8 Vantage but delivery date of 2009 has put me off

I'd like to say an Aston but the DB7 really isn't that good when compared to the others on your list.

Does the new V8 Vantage really have a 4 year wait??? I wanted to treat myself to one for my 30th birthday. Damn!

What about a DB9?

V8 Vantage, quoted delivery was 2009!!!!!!!!!

DB9 very nice but still commanding premium and will no doubt drop like a stone when everyone goes for the better handling, better looking new car, and :cough: about 40k more...

I would think that a lot of the V8's orders are from car dealers. Ok you'll pay a premium for one, probably 10% but they'll be appearing for sale very soon after the cars launch. It always happens with low volume models. If you sell it before 2009 you'll probably get most of your money back!

Friend of mine has a V8 arriving in Dec. Reckons he'll sell it on for at least £5k more. He made £4k on Gallardo and £6k on the SL55AMG when it first came out
All right for some eh?

hmmm an interesting one indeed

I looked briefly @ the 360 wasn't an option due to it being not very daily driver friendly.

Aston Martin the ONLY one I wanted was the Vanquish but couldn't afford it.

Never looked at the Maserati though.

Ey up Paul,

Went to brooklands to cheer meself up, never considered a 360, was astounded to discover 12mnths or 12k mile service intervals & £700 for a service, so it's cheaper than the *** in scheduled stuff, even the 3yrly cambelt was quoted at £500.

Maserati was v interesting, paddle shift, lots of toys inc a 'sport' button which gives the car a luvverly growl from the ferrari V8, traction control etc etc, maybe a bit too luxurious for my taste tho!!

Still want the new V8 Vantagereally
