Which cars have as above,you know 3 across the shoulder rear belts ??
Looking to spend £4k tops on a 2nd car Family runaround, something that'll take 3 brats in the back ...2 kids seats included.

Volvos?? I know most of the newer Volvos have three 3-point belts in the back and thanks to heavy depreciation there are many that will be in your price range.

I test drove a Forester over the weekend and the older shape with the facelife (W-reg on) had three 3-point belts in the back as well. I don't know if the normally aspirated Forester is in your price range though.

Many cars do, all the 97> Facelift mondeos for starters, you could pick one up for less than 1k!!

Cheers Guys, Forester would be ideal but the cheapest i've seen up here are 5.5k. Volvo......couldn't, c'mon, i'm still the better side of 40(tho she'll be in it more than me !) Thought about a Focus 1.6 zetec ,some attractive prices but don't know about the rear belts, really need to do some leg work but can't be arsed checking out dull motors.

There are Foresters in Autotrader from £3k! (If you will make do with higher mileage and a 2.0 non-turbo engine)
