Dump Valve problem on MG Metro turbo help!!

Dump Valve problem on MG Metro turbo help!!
Hi i have a mini with a MG Metro turbo engine in it i have fitted a dump valve but idunno how to link the top pipe bit that comes off the top of the dump valve because im dieing to hear me mini go tuuuuuussshhh when i change gear.
help plz!!!

If its the pipe I think your on about (smallish 4mm)
Then it normally needs to go to a vacuum pressure sort of thing, on a scoob it utalises?sp? the inlet manifold. On a MG engine, not too sure where you could put it, sorry
