Angry Gutted......

This morning, on my way to work, I was hit up the ar$e by a spotty teenager driving Mummy's car to school!
I had just stopped in a queue of traffic, all waiting to exit a large roundabout when .....smash.....
The little pr1ck had pulled out onto the roundabout as i went past, not noticed me slowing to a halt and, still accelerating, hit me in the driver's side rear corner. Had i not dived on the brakes, I'd have hit the car in front.

My Gsi looks a bit worse for wear, now that I've limped it home. The rear quarter has pushed so far forward that I cant shut the driver's door properly.

What's really fecking me off is that on Tuesday evening I picked up a 2ltr 16v to put in it. Now I need to find a replacement car first! Grrrrrrrrrr...

Just my bad luck, i suppose

Hi Paul.

I've just put it down to my bad luck....
It's the first accident I've had in a while that hasn't been my fault though

It happened @ 8:30 this morning, just outside Reading, on the A4 at Sonning - junction with Pound Lane and the road to Woodley.

I really had to resist the urge to land him one on the chin. I wouldn't have been able to resist if he 'd hit the Subaru!

The difficult bit is going to be finding another Nova that's not as rotten as a carrott

I don't think that liability will be an issue, but we all know what insurance companies can be like

The only thing that made me laugh, was when I followed him back to his house to get his insurance details, his mother gave him a real roasting on the doorstep! PMSL

Regards,

Richard

Paul - Unfortunately it's not driveable and definately beyond repair. - The rear of the chassis is making contact with the back tyre ! I've already had a lever bar on it, but it don't want to pull out as easily as it folded in !

Andy M3 - No before pics, but if you want a laugh, i can get some after ones!
