What are the drawbacks of importing a car (Civic Type R) from Cyprus? Don't they lack anti-corrosion treatment etc?

AFAIK it'll need underseal, CAT1 alarm and locking wheel nuts (these items are absent from Cypriot Imprezas, so I'm just surmising it'll be the same for most cars). Also it will be officially classed as EU import since Cyprus is now a member state, so you should be able to get it serviced by a main Honda dealer if you so wish.
