Cool Clio 182 - SUL or Normal??

Afternoon

I have just received my brand spanking new Clio 182 this morning and the garaged advised me that it is better to run it on SUL or Optimax? Does it really need the good stuff or will normal unleaded do??

Any advice welcome.

It's a good car, use good petrol.

Super or Optimax is better quality. Performance increases with using super is all ****e really - unless you have a Ferrari but it's a more refined fuel. Think of it like oil. You will use good oil, not Tesco's own peanut oil. Same aplies for petrol. Treat her right, why give her Skol when she can have Grolsch??!?!?

Super/optimax. Any decent fuel.

Over and out.

My 172 seemed to run better on Optimax, couldn't really say it was any faster but it seemed more responsive.
