i am in urgent need of the torque settings for a 98my uk spec integra type r the one i'm after are for the big end bearings and main bearings. i've tried a few dealers but they don't seem to want to give out this info any help is greatly appreciated.

i've tried the dc2 forum but they said try the honda revolutions forum but you have to pay to register and as i'm only going to need this info once i can't really warrant paying for it (on a bit of a scrounge) will give those other two a try and see where i get though thanks
