Default De-cat on Gen 7 Supercharged Celica

Hi, my CAT is fooked on my Celica and was wondering if i would occur any problems if i take off the CAT and put on a by-pass pipe. The car is a jap import and it only has 1 Lambda sensor before the CAT. The car doesnt run the toyota ECU its a Blitz ECU. Dont know if this makes a difference.

Cheers
