MR2 question

Not so sure on the turbo - they like 100 octane fuel and if you check out mr2dc.com there are stories of the ceramics cracking even when run on optimax. My wife has a t-bar anniversary model UK non-turbo - I think it's about 180bhp after tiny remap and it's more than enough fun. Anyway, whichever MK2 you go for you're guaranteed to have more fun (not speed) than with a scooby....it's oversteer that makes you smile.

have a look on some of the mr2 sites (below).
I have an MR2 n/a, which is 'entertaining' but I am changing to a scooby (turbo) in Sept, as I want easier driving. I wouldn't want to drive an MR2 turbo in the wet.
Just to add that they are very reliable cars, turbo or n/a.

I don't know the address for the drivers club, I would guess at www.mr2dc.com

They did a real low powered version of th emk2 whne it first came out, 120 bhp, coudla sworn it was only a 1.8? It also didn't have a rear spoiler which looks odd at first, but I think they actually would look v cool with no rear spoiler.
Esp a turbo with those raised vents
