A little help required re: HPI checks
I've just HPI'd my next potential purchase, an Evo VIII FQ300.
The current owner has assured me that this is a UK car, but HPI is showing it as an import. Is there any way to tell what's what by looking at the documentation? i.e. will it say anything on the log book?
I know that up until a certain point all Evo's were classed as imports.
Sorry if this sounds a bit thick, but I obviously want to be 100% sure that I'm getting what think I'm getting.
TIA

Don't know whether it helps but my Scoob, a MY03 is a JDM import and on the V5 it states 'SVA' and emissions levels. The fact it says 'SVA' on V5 tells me it as an import. I would have thought it would not say this for a UK car.

Phoned CCC after some advice from MLR, they've confirmed that it is a UK car.
