had a test drive in a Clio V6......
at the weekend...mark one version
gotta say it sounded faster inside it than its actual performance was....what a boom inside, but felt much slower than I remember my (UK std turbo) scoob did
awful steering lock, and awful steering wheel!, huge great thing!
unimpressed to say the least..It didnt feel any quicker than my bro's 172 sport we went over in
however, it does look summat special and got loads looks
Apparently the mark 2 is a much improved car, more poke(255BHP vs 230) and sharper handling..Anyone here had a blat in a mark 2?

I was at a track day at Donington recently and was out in a cup with a V6 trying to catch up behind.
....It never caught up, it never lost ground either - you do have to question the fact you can buy 2 cups fot the price of a V6!
....and the cup had 2 people in too.

I believe you davyboy, gotta say , from my brief blat, a classic case of all show and not a lot of go...
Makes the 172's/182s an even better buy in my book
we also went out in a 2.5L boxster, and that was more impressive than the V6, had high expectations of the v6 and not a lot of a 2.5L boxster.
turned out the boxster felt more agressive than the V6
