Default Koenigsegg...

Was up close to one today at Goodwood, what a weapon

The Lambo next to it looked pretty tame by comparison.

Interior was lovely too.

I agree moses, in fact I don't see how any car can be worth quarter a mill.

Although the CCR model with over 800 horse must be an animal, I think I read somewhere there's a video of it maxxing out at 242mph

I think a lot of opinion is down to media hype. If Koenigsegg had the sort of support that Evo and other magazines have given Pagani, then people wouldn't be saying £250k is too much money. I mean, the Zonda C12S is £200k and doesn't even do 200mph!

That's a good point carl but I can't see ever having enough money to justify spending 250k on a car, especially as you might do 5k miles and few trackdays in it.

I bet he didn't go to elephart for the insurance!

(BTW, seems he owned the Lambo too!!)

Thats true but the one on the vid was one of the very early ones, almost a prototype if you will

I seem to remember that it was getting some abuse on the Gumball though, and IIRC it was a damned sight more reliable than the promo Elise that the presenter tried using
