bout 6mpg maybe? depends how you drive really. they typically get about 31-32mpg? i get 28 in my wrx....so the sti is a little thirstier i believe

cheers neilo- summat cant get me head round another 6mpg for 1/2 the hp this option out the window then .Last time i work out mine it was around 23 -hardly ever do a "long run" mind.

at the end of the day they are the same capacity engine, just ones got a turbine strapped to it, so its not going to be amazingly different. Im just going on what a friend said about his sport. He said if he drove it "spiritedly" then he wouldnt get much better than mine driving normally if you know what i mean......for double the grunt, id say your better off sticking with the STI

I used to get 31-32mpg out of my 1.8 GL Impreza Hardly wonderful. I think the sport will be similar
- although it wouldn't go much lower than that, even if you boot it
