M3 Replacement Air Filter - K&N panel or BMC CDA?

Is the BMC worth the extra (£200 vs £50) and is the 18 bhp increase shown here at all realistic? I was thinking 5 bhp would be good...

I put an itg pro stock filter on my old bmw it cost me £42 from a mate that builds rally cars, it made a helluva difference!
