Saw one of these beasts on the A3 a few nights ago, with a UK plate. It was *massive*, overtaking a Jag it made it look like a Nissan Micra
Being dark, it was difficult to tell what it was. At first I thought it was a new S-Class Merc but the rear light cluster was so large it didn't fit with what I knew about the S-range. Then we thought a Lexus but it was just too large. A bit of surfing the next day, revealed a Maybach 57.
Someone has rather too much money...

I was at Sindelfingen the other day when my Father picked up his new Mercedes. They make the Maybach there too and they are huge!
Even next to an S-Class they stand out. I don`t like them but they are very impressive in the back. Also saw a Munich registered Phantom Rolls Royce on the way home. Very large as well but just a bit nicer than the Maybach.

Ah, Sindelfingen. Brings back memories of getting the S-Bahn (S1) from Stuttgart out to Boeblingen every morning passing the Smart car factory...and I suppose another Merc factory....

There's a Maybach outside my office right now!! I think it's the boss's.
Had to walk down half the street to see the rest of it, bl**dy massive. Rather a Phantom though.
