Im guessing by the number of people on here that have had Renault faults, that someone has some contact details for Renault UK Management or Faults Dept.
No joy with local dealer, manager is never there and never returns calls. Time to take it to the next level up the chain.
If anyone has any useful info on who to contact then please email it to me at simon@p1f.co.uk
Thanks,
Simon.

All the best mate. A friend of mine has a 2yr old Laguna which he describes as a "Car from Hell". Was with him when he went to the dealer with a problem with those tyre air pressure sensors - the servicing department couldn't give a toss, and told him that a knackered anti-roll bar wasn't covered under the warranty. He also found out that a new tyre that he'd had fitted when he bought it had been fitted with a hammer!
