When should I sell my Land Rover Discovery?
#1
I've got a 1999 Discovery ES7 V8.
I've seen loads of pictures of the new model due out next year.
What effect will this have on the value of mine?
When should I sell to avoid getting stuck with it?

The new model is bound to have some effect on the value of yours but then car values decrease all the time anyway.
Now is probably a good time to sell a 4x4 as people may want something more rugged for the winter...

Sell within 6 months of any replacement model for your car. Reason being is it be about that long before the first 'used' new models become available, and consequently start to hit the values of the previous model.
