in Portsmouth (or surrounding area) to tune/set up a 2wd Sapphire Cossie with a 330 conversion. I want a someone who has used someone before to suggest a reputable tuner!.

If its 2 wheel drive then its worth trying Tom Airey at Cheriton near Alresford, Brilliant tuner but tends to pick & choose what he works on a bit, he used to own a Cossie when they first came out so knows a bit about them.
If you are my age, 40 ish you may remember him campaigning Minis very succesfully in Rallycross
