How much do you value your car at, and how much do you need to free up?

Question

Anyone wanna swap a GTI6 and some cash for a MY97 Impreza?
57k miles, standard car, FSH.
9 months MOT.
Need to release some cash to buy a 2nd car for the other half :-(
Open to other offers, i.e. 309 Mi16 or anything similiar too.

Wink

WHY?
Couple of grand minimum really to get something fairly small.
1.1 106 or something.
Reckon mine is worth £8k thereabouts so anything worth less than £6k would be fine.

I value my '99 306 Rallye at about £6k, its red and in excellent nick with 48k miles. But can't really afford to change at the moment, £2k + extra insurance + higher running costs, it'd be daft.
Would like to see some pics though. Stick it up in the For Sale section.

Thats partly my thinking too - I actually had a white T-plate Rallye before the Scooby. Mainly due to needing 2 cars now though.
If no-one is interested I will see what I can do with any local dealer that gets a GTI in.
