Hi guys, as intercooling is something you scooby guys are well up on, i thought I'd ask here.

I am putting an intercooler on a peugeot 206hdi, which as standard doesnt have an intercooler strangely. I have had pace products make me up a custom core to my specs and have mounted it, i have the required manifolds to connect the piping into the engine and to the turbo, but what i need is to find somewhere to make me up aluminium pipework. local place wants to rob me for £500 +vat for some aluminium pipes! allard and forge are quite far (160 miles away) from me so they arent an ideal option, does anyone know where in the south east i could get a good job done ? also does anyone know whether there is some kind of flexible hosing i could use to run the air hoses myself? would this stuff be suitable?
