Saw one with an RS badge on the back. Strangely only had one exhaust though. Was it just the driver being a ponce? or is there a good model?

I thought FWD version was 180bhp too?

Nope, all UK 180/225 TTs are quattro, some 2WD 180s are around but they are all imports.
