Took my beastie in for it's many repairs...

Said to the Service Guy...
'Not really happy with only 3,326 miles on the clock (had to emphase that one) she's had : a new engine control module, the suspension is shot, and now we have a recall??!!!! not happy really...

His answer ... 'you'll love this.....'

.... yes, well that's why we have such comprehensive warranties on our cars......

doohhhh!!! me thinks just a bit freudian..... ooopssss ..

I'm driving a Ford KA at the moment!!! Going to Oz in 3 weeks, and will be there for 6, so its best not to have a Scooby sitting in the drive unused for that amount of time - it'll be a different matter when I return though!!!

Sorry I've not been in touch.... strange goings on in the world of employment... needless to say don't use that previous address I ain't there...

I have to complain it's my job.... and you've got a point I must admit.... but to use what you've highlighted about letting a car sit around... at least I can park it up in the full knowledge that it will still be there when I get back.... something I always stressed over when I have my scoobs and with good reason on two occasions...

Ive got a friend who had a XK8, the worst car he ever had always had problems with it and he said he would never buy a Jag again, he's gone back to BMW this time.
