If you had a limited budget of 10 -12k for a car, what would you get.
Now the car has to be semi sexy
I mean no 1.4 206 ls's OK and it has to be less than 3 years old

Perhaps at the breakers' yard!
-You can get a 326 (E36) sport for £10k with all the goodies, infact you should be able to get an early-ish M3 (e36) for that, if that does it for you.

Where can you get a 3 year old S4 for £10-12k then?!
Given the criteria my money is on a MY00 Scooby or failing that I guess a warmed over Rep mobile or fast hot hatch would fit the bill...
But personally I'd buy a 10 year old car for that sort of cash!

Me too. Why the 3 year old limit? It amazes me how many enthsuaists on boards like these will force themselves to drive average cars because they consider age to be the most important thing to them over and above build quality, performance, prestige, character and driving pleasure.
Apologies if it's some company car requirement or something in this case, but it can't be for everyone.

A fully equiped saab 9-5 or 9-3 turbo ? 185-200bhp, leather, aircon, crusie control, can park it anywhere..
