Has anyone had any experience with these cars?? pros cons etc, they seem to be very rare, have they had the same amount of work gone into chassis etc as the integra type r

Cheers
Chris

Would love one myself, they are holding their values because they are so rare, i only know of one fro sale at the mo

http://www.civictype-r.co.uk/phpBB2/...pic.php?t=3242

not sure on the specs, but they are still only a 1.6 (Integra is 1.8) and have 195bhp , not sure how they up the power from the standard vtec 164bhp.

Cheers

very nice with a few good mods, i'd have thought that is not too bad a value considering how much the normal VTi goes for in that shape
I'll see what info i can find, could always be a possibility

I you want to know anything email me, had a modded one for 4 years.

Managed a standing 1/4 at the pod in 14.01 not bad for a FF 1.6 N/A

They have 183BHP as standard which works out at around 175ish on UK fuel, spent loads on mine, but was pushing 210BHP when I sold it.

To give you an idea I sold the car and bits for 12.5K in total, 98MY 48000 miles.

Just to make you aware that is not a fully specced JDM CTR.

The Mugen Manifold is very good, cost 1K new, but that Air Filter aint going to do nothing for the power, and the claim of 195BHP, is rubbish, trust me, I wasted proberly money on Airfilters and various exhausts.

The spec is the stripped out version hence no Red recaros, A/c, Folding Mirrors, etc

He mentioned about you two having a falling out

Im not getting involved - got enough crap between tom & russell - lmao no-one talks to each other any more cos tom has been seeing russells ex (after the split up so why russell has the hump god knows)

Apparently russell told someone me & him have had a falling out (over what I dont know or care) its all good fun

it's all fun and games isn't it, Russ has said nothing to me about it in fact we were talking about you today when he came in for a quick visit at work, top speed challenge from the roundabout at the start of the A331 to the first marker for the aldershot turn off

Re. Hair, it is all amusing, some people take things far too seriously, loads of people falling out, i have better things to do, one of which is find a job which kind of goes along with the death of the british manufacturing industry, i say good bye BAe next friday
