Yep 289 - about 4.8 litres. Auto shift.
Safety features involve no seat belts, no locking seat back-rests and a sharp edged interior. Oh and drum brakes all round.

It's great for cruising with the homies, but it doesn't understand corners or what the steering wheel was for.

I nearly bought a '65 Fastback (289 Auto) instead of the Scoob. In fact, I got a loan to buy the 'stang but ended up spending it on other stuff.

White it was, with ARE Torq Thrust D wheels, lovely, but I didn't think it suitable for commuting in

Nice car Dave - I'd really like to try a proper big engined yank mobile after trying out that "compact".

I got six people saying "nice car mate" in a day

Plug time - The Mustang belongs to the Classic Car club in Edinburgh - there's an open day this weekend at Ocean Terminal
