Can anyone indicate whereabouts the B*****y awful rattle is Likely to be coming from in the back of my P reg Golf VR6 ? Sounds like the back seat area. We have virtually taken it apart and wedged it and silicone sealed it and even filled one of the seats with expanding foam... !

Oh Lawks..... NOT the rear suspension, we in the Scott household are cursed at the moment with our motor cars...please don't let it be that !

 

I suggest you put the rear seat down and get someone to lie in the boot while you drive around. This should help you pin point things hopfully.

 

Well I can't ask EB to do that, he'd be sick ! Maybe I'll have to sit in the boot, now he'd love that. In fact, maybe he's deliberately put the rattle there so I'll have to go in the boot hmmmmm
