old shape or new shape, there is an australian company producing turbo'd ones, think it is owned by prodrive, i'm also sure it was talked about on here not that long ago.
Think it made about 200bhp and they say the chassis is well up to it

Hmmm
Anyway, I can only speak for the Mk1, the diff is better on the 1.8 for that much power apparently, the 1.6 engine is strong enough since it's out of a 323 turbo (minus the turbo), should be good for 200bhp but I probably wouldn't want to go much further than that, I'd also upgrade the gearbox as well. Any specs on that MkII abve? Oh yeah try actually reading Stevie mate
