Wh00p! The Astra is fixed!

Finally got the fried immobiliser removed from the car yesterday. Went a bit dark on me and refused to switch itself off Thanks to the man who sorted out the man who did the business, you know who you are
After that I had to sort out a misfire. After taking out and scrubbing up the sparkplugs with no effect, I removed the nitrous inlet jets and sprayed a can of 10k Boost in there. After 5 minutes of not seeing the car for white smoke, I took the strut brace off the accelerator and listened.
The misfire had gone. So had the hesitation when I revved her, and she fair shot up the road like a whippet with a bumful of dynamite when I took her out for a spin.
Got an oldish motor? try 10k boost. I was and still am seriously impressed.
