Just heard about a new 150bhp Audi TT that is being released. Apparently these will only come as roadsters though.

same as the 180 engine btw and it is good for 220 bhp!

how can a 150 version be the same as the 180 and good for 220???
...hairdressers don't drive Scoobys, not even Sport versions!

cos a 150 lump is identical to the 180 lump, all thats different is the engine mapping, bit like the mini cooper/one
and they can be chipped easy to 220bhp ( about the limit of the small K03 turbo

Oh and then there is the 1.8t 210/225 lump as found in the Leon Cupra R/S3/TT225 but thats a whole different ball park

Haha, it's funny they release this at the same time as the Beetle Cabrio. It's the same car!

get the feeling that Audi have released the 150 brake to make it more 'affordable' and ship out loads of old stock to make room for the new TT........as well as the introduction of the V6 for the speed freaks
did see it on auto express but can't seem to find the spy shots now.....
