Only have driven home in it (20 miles) so Im just getting used to it.

Im going to do as the book says and run it in for 625 miles then all the revs are mine!!!

It seems very quiet inside so I may get an exhaust in the future.

It had the Cup 172 badges missing from the side of the car so they are on order!

Well I just want to get the running in period over and get used to it so I can drive normally.

Take my word for it its anything but quiet when it revs above 4500rpm

 

I cant really take it over 3k revs!

well i got one of the first on my third set of tyres already rapid beet a wrx the other day just. and got 6 points 2day **** for 2 bald tyres which were due to be replaced 2moro. brilliant car. so where do u stay scott? ciaran

well if u cant guess the hp ur a bit dim just front wheel drive not much torque but 6.8sec to 60

 

Some Cup owners have had their cars on the rollers and are putting down about 180 BHP at the flywheel, we dont know what Renault have done to them, but its good.

yeah - i figured the bhp, just assumed that you would realise that I would already have guessed that!!! I woz meaning 0-60 and top speed etc thats all.

Renault are bring out there own mods that dont invalidate your warranty, I have been told the ECU is ready and I goes for £200.
A group N exhaust and filter should be ready soon.

im really looking for a 172 is the cup that much better to be able to go without the lux stuff ?? Im finding it hard to find a 172 in silver at a decent price!!

Cups definitely quicker and alot sharper than 172 in handling department. Well worth the sacrifice IMHO.
