NSX type r
#2
Never seen the NSX-R (Type-R) in person, and it's unlikely to be out in the UK on that part.
As with the usual Type-R modifications (Stiffen chassis, hand assembled, bearings and parts unique to the car itself) The 3.2 litre V6 has been modified for quicker response and is lighter.
The car's total kerb weight is now 1270 KG, not bad when you consider the stiffening of the chassis. Bigger brake discs, stiffer suspension tuning and no power steering means a more hard core driving rather than street cruising.
Power is the same @ 280 HP
Torque is 224 lb/ft
0-60 - Est 4.4 secs
Top speed is 170 MPH
