I can't help but think you're going to get some less than helpful posts here, especially as this is your first post.

Anyhow, try parkers guide for a starter, and good luck with the sale.
Cheers,
Nick.

Unhappy

Though it books at about £2.5k you`ll be lucky to get it, these were going through the auctions last week at seriously low prices!

Sorry to be negative, but its realistic.

its an si id ask £2700 and hope to get £2500 or £2600, thats a nice example you have mate. 80000 is nothing to those cars. so go for it.

Deffo good everyday cars, I've had one for 6 1/2 years (first car, had since I was 17) and it's never let me down. Now over 100,000 on the clock, when I got the Scoob I kept it to use as my daily driver and the only complaint is that the fuel economy isn't too good considering it's a N/A 2.0 16V. Other than fuel it costs buttons to run. Handling is excellent for a FWD car of its size though as long as you've got decent springs, the OE ones are way too soft.

Good luck with the sale, you get a helluva lot of car for the money these things go for nowadays

messa555 i was waiting for a reply like that...lol someone not lookin at spec and just guestimating... i too looked down the auctions yesterday and you are right, but its the base model 1.8 rep mobils with intergalactic miles that make that, i saw several go through, mainly R reg, 1.8's 110k + were making £1800 + and they didnt look a patch on mine most were grotty.

so i have the conclusion that i know it would fetch 2k at the auction so its gotta be worth 2.5k
