Anyone used a car importer ?
#1
Looking at buying a new Volvo V70 to replace our 8 year old T5, anybody had a good (or bad) experience using a car importer, Had a look at Micronets site and they seem cheap.
Any help gratefully received !

No personal experience with car importers though my mum bought a second hand 850 (6months old) from 'Volvo Export' at about £9k off the new price (and 5k off the price of similar cars at the time), strange as the website says they do military sales (my mum has nothing to do with military). At the time only Euro Continentals sold imports and they were recommended by a few people.
Ian @ Litchfield Imports is highly regarded on this BBS and imports to order, also I know he sells Legacy GTBs, how about one of those instead of the Volvo, faster, cheaper and better handling
