What colours were the Evo 6 Makkinen available in ? I thought it was just red with white wheels, but there is a silver one with white wheels at my work.

You can get them in blue, black and white as well as grey and red, like you just said 
Pink was an extra £1000 and so far only the MLR admin has one like that
