Lightbulb

Just followed a left hooker RS focus through brentwood, Ford Motor Co. plates - in Black, looked V.mean, low with wide arches appeared to have a Group N exhaust so probaly pre-production model but had RS badge on back and Blue/Black sparco seats etc.

Parked outside Off-Licence in high st. driver popped in for some **** by the look of it (probably nice *** burn in seat now)then up to Ford HQ in Warley.

This has just made the Scooby replacement choice even tougher - Clio cup ? 206 180bhp or now Focus RS ?.............

Is it just a Focus with a more powerful engine and a few suspension tweaks? Or is it rwd/4wd?

According to Evo:

212 bhp, 18s, heavily revised suspension geometry, torque-biasing diff (sounds good!)

Looks mean in piccy!

Prod limited to 4500-5000 cars, so be quick!

Bargain at £19,995

You'll have to wait a while for the 4WD Cossie version....
