Daihatsu YRV Turbo
#1
Had a test drive in the brand new Daihatsu YRV Turbo today. I couldn't drive it myself as the car was destined for the press today.
All I can say it's a very nice car, small engine 1.3 with turbocharger, 130 ps at 6400 rpm and 170 Nm at 2800.
Whenever you're looking for a new car for the missus, you may consider this one..... airco is standard and you even get Lexus-style rear clusters....
Oh it's available in automatic only but you have a "sport-shift" button where you can shift up/down via buttons on the steering wheel...

Had a test drive in a TVR Cerbera about 3 months ago. I couldn't drive it myself as the car was the bloke from the garage next doors, customer's.
It was 4kin rapid, but I wouldn't class it as test drive.
I also had a test drive in a 944 turbo when i was about 12.I couldn't drive it myself as I was only 12 and did't have a licence.
I think you mean ride.
ps:
I used to listen to your country on the radio.

Oh no, and there was me thinking to add a comment for to$$ers not to post any muppet comments and here we go....
Well, sorry I offended your masculine side by talking about small cars, but you see, on my side I don't give a ******* **** about Porsche and even less about TVR.... so feel free to share your life story on another thread.
What's that "listen to your country" all about? Something about my english skill?
