There is a website, the address for the moment escapes me but will look it up tonight.
I tried selling my MX5 on there and no takers and it's been up for a year and it's on here as well. If I remember I will post the address later.

Rockathlete > Hi, well, I'm thinking about getting one as a second car. It's either that or a Scooby and I've spent over a year here gradually picking up info on these beasts, so I was really after some inside info on the gen 3 RX7 - if there's anything to look for when getting one, how long to expect the tips to last before the engine needs an overhaul, safe upgrade limits before having to spend shed loads of money, etc. that sort of thing
If you have any info or email addresses feel free to email them over to me - mook@mjdesignsuk.com . Cheers

Mook,
For UK info there are 3 UK owners clubs:
FDUK - www.fduk.org, dynamic friendly group of 3rd gen owners. informal club, great bunch of people. Yahoo group. Free.
RX7 owners club - www.rx7club.co.uk. My opinion - boring anoraks, more focus on older cars. Requires annual subscription. Also has Yahoo group.
www.mazdarotaryclub.com. Set-up by frustrated members of RX7 owners club, run more formally than FDUK and developing relationships with Mazda UK. Quarterly newsletter, requires annual subscription.
Mazdarotary club has a good links page. Other useful pages:
www.rx7-uk.co.uk - run by a UK guy
www.iluvmyrx7.com - lots of how to's, manuals etc.
www.mymazdarotary.com - site run by UK based aussie rotary nut
For buying information take a look at this US page:
http://www.rx7turboturbo.com/robrobinette/buyaused.htm
If you want to import from Japan, and you should consider for best value, then I recommend www.neweraimports.com, the main man in Japan is an RX-7 nut.
Hope that helps.
