Default Corsa D 1.3 CDTI fuel consumption

Anyone know anything about Vauxhall Corsa's
2013 car, 45K

Fuel consumption was really good until very recently where it has begun to consume quite a lot of diesel.

Driving style hasn't changed, only different thing I can think of is that recently its been doing a lot of short journeys, so isn't really getting up to normal temperature.
Been taken on a few long runs recently which doesn't seem to have made any difference though.

Also seemingly a few times during refuelling car doesn't recognise the change in level, this seems to be some kind of common issue

Check intercooler connections, dpf and egr valve.

Miner blew off an intercooler pipe, ran as a standard diesel, sooted up the EGR, DPF, cat and full exhaust. Best part of 1000.
