How fast are those bloody things! I was accelerating moderately hard off a round-about up a hill and the rate of gain before zippiing right past me like I was parked was astonishing. I drive a 135i so it's no slouch but those things are fricking fast for a big luxo-barge!! Electric is the way forward!! Anyone come across one before?

They are under scrutiny in the US for some serious faults that TESLA are trying to keep quite.

But they do go like stink but not for too long

 

New ones are quicker 0-60 than a GTR 2.6secs or something like
