As things are moving very FAST at the NBO hq the next part of the operation is the Club Stands and we need to quickly compile a list of Club Stands for the lay out of the field

If you can only pledge under 9 cars you will have to park in the centre of the field (billy no mates ) as we need the edges for clubs and their tents etc.

Please if you are your club organiser you MUST enter your club on here and your aprox numbers of cars you would like your stand so Gus and the Captain can work out plot sizes and layout .


this year we will be hopefully having 2/3 new club stands so space will be tight so can ALL

clubs that want to have a parking slot around the sides of the NBO 11field

the standard slots hold aprox 18-20 cars

the small slots are ideal for cars with 8-12 cars

We have one allocated space for a club with 60 cars

we only have 2 extra large slots for cars clubs up to 40 cars due to the layout of the field and what we have planned for the centre !!!

Deadline for club space registration is strickly Sunday 28th April 2013

A bit earlier then normal because
##We need time for our new Major Sponser to order the trophies

##as we have a NBO committee meeting in early may and the layout and final plans will be drawn up including the drive in routes into the field as we identified congestion in the left hand corner last year which cost us 8 minutes in our one hour parking plan

I would imagine this year we will have 13/14 club stands


(if you dont register on this thread there will be NOWHERE for you to park together !!)

So we can get the club trophies ordered

Looks like it's a full house for the club allocation

2 clubs missing from last year but three new clubs which is great

At the moment we are 193 cars registered which is just a bit down on last year

Can any clubs who get any more cars please

Register their name in the master list

Just alter this list so we can keep a eye on the stands for the correct size of plot allocated

Everyone seems to like their plots where they were last year so we will keep the same layout and slot the newbys on too


Next problem
We need another 130 scoobies in 8 weeks to match last years figures
