Yeah starting to properly see my bottom Dave has tried everything he can so far and Andy can't map it while it still has overboost problem just feel like I've paid my money and got a broken car now 6mths down the line didn't want to name and shame anyone but its getting me down big time now

I spoke to Dave today next step is rolling road for diagnostics its hard for him to detect fault cos its overboost and need the car under load to solve it more money more stress grrr

If your having over boost issues on a classic?
Have you had your map sensor, and vacume pressure sensor changed/looked at?
If anyone of the sensors have incorrect voltages it will induce overboost! And is very VERY! annoying!
If I remember correctly, it's part of the assembly of your oem 3 port solenoid. Were the little pipe connects from the vacume pressure switch to the map sensor, start there. Borrow a known workin one off a friend or something. An give it a try
