Default Let down by local garage

I booked my car into our local Subaru "specialist" for Saturday, waited over a week with the ****ing stupid noise coming from the brakes and he didn't show up ..

I waited from 9am to 10:20am and wasted not only my Saturday, my lift homes Saturday but a Friday night, as I couldn't do anything knowing I had to be there early..

I now have to go to Quick fit today which I really, really don't want to do ..

Its a distance from me mate .. I've been PMing him .. wish he was closer ..

To be honest Moneys up to now I cant complain about them, I'm just a very, very loyal customers and service is everything to me .. for example I take my car to Fleetwood to Scooby Technix once a year for the MOT and service .. they have treated me well and I don't mind the 100 odd mile round trip ..

The garage has been in touch and explained the situation, he's offered me free labour to fix it, which is really decent of him ..

As annoyed as I am about being left outside, I think he's genuinely disappointed himself, in all fairness he is a decent guy and the reason behind it was justified.

Only 20 miles away from you (approx 25mins) 5 mins away from Two Mills junction up the Welsh road.. (similar distance to travelling to Chester!) I'd highly recommend them, can't do enough to help I used to travel to work (by where you live) from Buckley every day, which is even further

Problem being mate I have to arrange a lift there and back .. which is a pain with local garages ..

My brakes are still making a noise and my engine light came on the other day .. could be the decat, but I'm convinced its making a weird noise..
