Id like to say a massive thanks to everybody who made the effort,,

great to see some old and new faces,,

lost count of the amount of cars, but definately over 100,,

I have just got back to sunny Wrexham from the Blackpool run and am over the moon to see how much cash was made!! A worthy cause to which I have no problem donating to. Shame on those who drove straight past the collection kids!!

I gotta say this year was one of the best I've attended with the journey from Scoobyteknix to the illuminations being a particular improvement. Best route we've taken to keep us all together. Was a nice incident free drive down the front with a lot of personal highlights along the way.

Myself and my wife were both wearing masks all throughout the trip and the reaction from the public was brilliant!!

Finally just wanted to say thanks to andy for arranging this again, my gang look forward to this one every year so roll on next years!! Also, good to catch up with Lee, thanks for your arranging this end and also Neil (Dogs!), ShaunP1 and Roger. Good to see you all.

P.S What the hell was that little hitler of a copper moaning about?!!!

It was great, I gave my £5 and got my sticker cant believe some people didn't ..

The poor guy on the burger van lol

Loved the wagon with the Dragon face

Had the Dogs behind me for a while .. and the Scooby bits car flaming me along the run up there ... excellent turn out ..

I do have to say though what's with the lack of smiles ? some proper miserable people out tonight in Scoobys ..

I agree the night went really well, me and the family had a great night so well done to andy again and everyone else involved. This year is the only year I have managed to keep in a group going through the lights so good route and can't wait for next year already. What was the coppers after I saw them at the end in the van but could not park up as the morrisons security moved us on ???

The community ones where fine, they just stopped people double parking .. the ones in the BMW where rude ..

I was parked up and he told me to move on in a really aggressive tone, I said I will, he said I know you will .. I said I will when you move, you're blocking me in .. he sat there for a few minutes and then moved onto annoy the person in front of me .. I didnt see one person ****ing around .. no need to come and talk to us like that .. how about .. can you move on P L E A S E.

There was no need for that, they was probably pi**ed that they didn't have a subaru lol. I know what you mean manners don't hurt anyone but you do get some that are full of themselves and abit of help from them wouldn't hurt as it was for charity and like you say I thought that we was well behaved

Glad so much raised for such an excellent Kids Hospital (had to use them for my youngest many years ago)

Had a really good time up to leaving Teknix for the run to the front, unfortunatly I lost the convoy and took Ten cars on a scenic route of the back streets of Blackpool (very emberrased) Made it to front (following one of others with more clue than me)

Even with Just two cars heard some nice comments (we ended up ahead of the rest of you!!)

T save numptys like me next year CAN WE HAVE A MAP OF ROUTE YOU ARE TAKING TO THE FRONT POSTED just like you did to find you

again SORRY to those behind

Great run through, we paid some money, got the sticker, lost it on the first corner out the window, lol, slid right off the dash. lol

Would have stopped but didn't want to hold up the charged up cars behind, :-) We were too busy listening to the awesome sound with the windows fully down. Some great cars.

Well done to Andy and all who helped organise this event last night well done to all who donated we had a great night, great atmosphere!! we've not been on this for 2yrs and this year we actually seen the lights!! hats off also to the few who dressed for the occasion, we were behind the IT clown for some time and some of the double takes were hilarious. Some great comments made through the lights as well as a rev-off with the Fiat coupe club all in good fun.
we will be there again next year representing the hatches.
Well done to all involved!!

Cheers

Lee & family
