Gearbox Trouble - Where to go?
My Legacy GTB is making a horrible whining noise on overrun, I'm pretty sure it's the gearbox 
Any suggestions to where in the NW I should take it? Closer to Warrington the better as I don't fancy running it too far / fast as it is!

Possibly a bit far! Not sure it'd make it...
Anyone know somewhere closer to Warrington (Liverpool / Manchester etc)? Found a gearbox place in Warrington, but they're not interested in working on the Subaru 4WD system.

I know someone in Saddleworth that could do such a job yet wouldnt charge the earth.

Chances are the car is off to Adgespeed though - they're close and were very helpful on the phone yesterday. Just need to sort out getting it over to them, what with work etc.
