Everyone's says there up for coming along to a meet when it's arranged but nobody wants to make the effort and arrange it themselves.

It takes a good bit of your spare time putting something together what with checking out a suitable route etc... I know I've arranged a couple last year but I've got too much business coming in at the moment to help out.

Hope there's someone else out there to offer their kind services.

up for any meet in the north, in austria from tomorrow but get back on the 03.03 and off for 5 days.
9 days on 5 days off for the next month or so

Right then. How does this sound. Meet at Scotch Corner - Sunday 17th March. Chin-wag for half an hour or so, then a run along some 'B' type roads, to some where like Hexham.
Have never organised a meet before, but would be prepared to do a reccy and issue some rough route notes.
I'm not promising anything special, but at least this would be a start and a chance to meet like-minded peeps.
Anyone fancy it?

Great! This looks like a real goer at last.
Am off work now til this Saturday and intend to do a recy this Thursday (gets me out of the decorating for a day).
I've picked up that routes are not posted on here for obvious reasons, but if people want to know before hand, we can discuss it via e-mails.

Scotch Corner Services best place to meet - plenty of room at the end of the car park. SUL for sale - 78.9p/litre.
Had a run along some interesting roads today, should be able to come up with a reasonable route by the 17th. Would be interested to see Octane Man's route though.
