Along the A540 between Neston and Two Mills there is a very much higher than normal police presence. These has been a mobile camera van along there quite often along with several unmarked camera cars aswell. I know of 2 people that have been stopped for speeding and given the normal 3 points and £60 fine. Saw one person pulled over in the layby near Two Mills and looked like they were being given a ticket.
