A massive thankyou to the organisers of this event.
Truly a worthwhile cause. As some of you may have read this charity is very close to me.
I cannot thank everyone individually behind the scenes enough. This must have been so much unseen hard work behind the scenes to organise this.
So can we have a round of applause for Lord Harding and the rest of the team.
And also to the people who attended with their cars to show their support.
We have raised a very sizeable amount, we should all be proud.

Think Lordy's cheque to the HIM up there got lost in the post again though.

I am sure Lordy will post up the exact figure but it was about £3100 which BAE Systems promised to double so that is roughly £6200. A great result for McMillan. We were collecting the money on the gate and it just showed how generous people were with many pretty much emptying their wallets and purses into the buckets.
