If everyone posts the dates they are off over xmas it would be easier to keep everyone happy.

I finish on the 21st and will probably start back on the 2nd.
but 27th is out cos of the family thing!!

I'm over in Hull and know some excellent roads from here heading up north but if you want to make any suggestions of anywhere you think would be a good place please post that too!! I'm happy to go along with anything! (well almost!!)

Got oil leak from the cam oil seals and has decided to start knocking when started up from cold! maybe this piston slap thingy but it didnt do it before i gave em the £4000 so i dont want it doing it now!!!!

Hi Tim,

I was just about to post to say that I/we are free for Sunday 30th Dec, anytime really. Bryn is up for it, aswell as Mossman and I can get Daz over from Doncaster. Seeing as it may be cold and maybe damp how about meeting at the new McDs at the end of Cottingham Road, faily close to get to and we can sit and have coffee whilst admiring the cars, before a departure to wherever. This is providing you get her back of course. Anyway will call you later.

Hi Tim,

I was thinking about meeting at 10:30 - 11.00, that gives most of us time to get up and get down to Mac Ds. We can then waste as much or as little time as we like.

Taking in lunch somewhere would be good, either pub or fish n chips up the coast.

A route would be good, but depends on what the weather is going to drop on us over the weekend, with a bit of luck it will be dry!

I'll drop you a line on Friday.

Have you heard anything of Thorpey recently (red my97) havnt seen him or seen a posting from him for ages!! He usually come out to play. I'll mail the other regulars too.

Ok chaps,

For those of you who don't know where we are meeting here goes:

If your coming into Hull from the M62/A63, leave at the Humber Bridge exit and follow the signs towards Cottingham and Beverley.

Once at Cottingham roundabout (just next to Castle Hill Hospital) turn right and go past the hospital and down into Cottingham.

At the first mini roundabout go left, at the second mini roundabout go right. You should go past a set of traffic lights, and straight on at the next mini roundabout. This takes you over the railway lines and brings you to another mini roundabout (!!!)turn right here and follow the round to towards the University's.

At the next proper roundabout go straight over onto Cottingham Road, and the McDonalds is on your immediate left opposite the Good Fellowship pub.

Cold was an understatement! Jan didn't get out the car in case her nipples fell off! (I'll get a slap for that!)

Started snowing on the way back - which was nice. As Tim said, good litte run around, cracking lunch and good company.
