SMACS monthly meet, Thursday April 5th
Get in there, beat you to it Mr Smith! 
Welcome to the South Manchester And Cheshire Subarus club. We'll be having our monthly tyre kicking meeting at the Unicorn Inn, near Wilmslow in only 2 weeks time. This is the clubs oppurtunity for our members to get together and catch up on all the chat we've missed on scoobynet and our private forum. Handbags are issued to any waring parties, and marshals posted on surrounding roads for any test drives of each others cars
The evening usually starts with the early birds bagging the best places under the cherry tree. From there, the carpark fills up fast. Once it starts raining, as it usually does
, you'll find the die hards still stood in the carpark, while the sensible and civilised members retire to the warmth and comfort of the crowded pub and the over 90's singles night. Once all the coke and coffee is ordered, it's time to settle down in most cases, while I get to mingle with all and sundry trying to remember all your names 
This month, all chat will be centred on plans for the NBO, being only 2 months away from this meet. No leaking on here what we're upto, but lets just say, it'll be pretty good
We are having a special section of the meet this month that will be penned off for the new borns amongst us, with 3 of our members partners having given birth to 3 gorgeous kids
Don't know if they'll be coming, but it would be great if they could, and we can all coo over them, and get them started on the sound and smell of petrol engines and flat fours (they'll probably all be on pedal power by the time they can drive)
See you all in two weeks
